Roxy Araghi

Associate

There is a rumor at Hardie Alcozer that Roxy has an identical twin unofficially working for the firm because there is no other explanation for the sheer volume of immaculate, strategic, and thoughtful work produced by her (them?). Roxy was trained in estate planning, tax planning and wealth preservation at one of Maryland’s top estate planning firms but it’s her own attentiveness to the dynamics of a particular situation and caring attention to detail that make her a client favorite. The kitchen “Recognition Board” is chock full of testimony to the fact that her clients consider her not only their trusted legal advisor...but their friend and confidant.
But don’t assume that the title of “planner” means Roxy is not open to spontaneous change. Just ask her husband, Payam, and her parents – each of whom she convinced to move to Austin in order to get out of the D.C. grind after having visited one time. As a first generation Iranian-American, Roxy’s huge sense of adventure, caring nature, unrivaled work ethic, and general sense of gratitude makes anyone who comes into contact with her want to be a better person. Roxy is fluent in both Spanish and Farsi, and her Persian sensibilities make her a favorite at the office.
